Interesting resignation letters don’t come often… cue ’s recent director departure.
Following this resignation, H Partners—the second-largest shareholder of HOG 0.00%↑ at the AGM cutoff—launched the below campaign earlier this morning:
Interestingly, the fact pattern in the PREC14A references the response (or lack thereof, according to H Partners) to the anti-Social/Woke campaign launched by Robby Starbuck. (This was also referenced in the Director resignation letter above.)
